Processing Times
Each order is carefully processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may exceptionally extend to 5 business days.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom / Australia / Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- Other countries: 10 to 20 business days
These timeframes are provided as estimates and may vary depending on carriers and logistics conditions.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order in real time at: 👉 myacrylart.com/apps/track123
Please note that carriers may take 24 to 48 hours to update tracking information — this does not mean your package is stuck.
Delivery Delays
MyAcrylArt is committed to shipping every order as quickly as possible. However, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays:
- Exceptionally high order volumes
- Logistics disruptions with our carriers
- Weather conditions or unforeseen events
In case of a significant delay, our customer service team will proactively reach out to keep you informed.
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at contact@myacrylart.com — we will work together to find the best solution.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is declared lost by the carrier or has not been delivered after 30 business days, we commit to:
- Reshipping your order free of charge, or
- Issuing a full refund, based on your preference
However, if the order is marked as delivered to your mailbox with tangible proof (such as a photo provided by the carrier), this means the delivery was successfully completed. In this case, our legal obligation has been fulfilled and we are unable to process a refund.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it if you are not satisfied. Return shipping costs are covered by MyAcrylArt for full refunds.
