Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • custom or personalized products,
  • personal care products (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new separate order.

Right of Withdrawal – European Union (14 days)

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days, without giving any reason or justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
